Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will identify, document, and validate business requirements while serving as a liaison between business areas and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements for low complexity projects
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing guidance to end users
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Knowledge of ITS/BlueCard and the Facets' G6 platform is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
