Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Financial Systems team, the full-time Business Analyst will conduct business, data, and process analysis to enhance financial systems and workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and technical data, presenting findings in a clear format
• Conduct business and process analysis to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting requirements and financial systems workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, telecommunications, or a related business environment preferred
• Experience supporting data migrations and financial systems-related projects required
• Strong knowledge of business analysis and process improvement practices
