Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support IT initiatives, the remote contract Business Analyst will translate business requirements into technical specifications, conduct business process analysis, and manage requirement changes while collaborating with project managers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and feasible solutions
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document existing workflows
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure successful project delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
• Experience with business process analysis, documentation, and requirements management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and specialized tools such as iRise and Rational toolset
• Ability to develop use cases, functional models, process flows, and wire-frame diagrams
