Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Operational Health team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will analyze key performance indicators, translate data into actionable insights, and manage project workflows to drive successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the collection and analysis of quantitative data to evaluate operational health and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain project plans and documentation for mission-critical projects, tracking tasks and milestones to support team objectives
• Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare required
• Familiarity with value-based care preferred
• Experience with a top-tier electronic health record (EHR) system strongly preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform
