Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of systems solutions, the full-time Business Analyst will be responsible for accurately interpreting regulatory requirements related to coverage and reimbursement while coordinating with stakeholders and governance committees in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements
• Leads the management and review process for requirement interpretations and communicates changes to relevant teams
• Conducts analysis to identify root causes and assists with problem management related to state requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience working in a dynamic and autonomous environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements across different time zones
