Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will be responsible for the accurate intake and interpretation of regulatory and functional requirements related to coverage and reimbursement, while coordinating with stakeholders and supporting governance committees.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements
• Leads the management and review process for requirement interpretations, collaborating with key partner organizations
• Communicates requirement changes to health plans and corporate functions, ensuring alignment and solution traceability

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization, health insurance, or a related field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the Office Product Suite
• Experience in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements across different time zones
