Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting National Performance and Operations, the full-time remote Business Analyst will manage performance reporting, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain operational process documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance executive-level performance package delivery and quality assurance
• Deliver clinical program-specific performance packages and identify enhancement opportunities
• Gather business intelligence and translate requirements into operational insights and change management strategies

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with data reporting dashboards using Power BI or similar software
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint for creating visual presentations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams
