Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the enhancement of the ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform, the contract Business Analyst will gather and translate business requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting for a duration of one year.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify pain points and desired outcomes
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow or equivalent platforms
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and related modules
• Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, and user stories
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with UX principles and service design is a plus
