Business Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance business processes and systems, the full-time remote Business Analyst will develop and implement improvements, evaluate business impacts, and provide training while acting as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Evaluate business process changes to identify impacts and document benefits
• Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, and presenting solution recommendations
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
• 2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
• Proficiency in business process analytics skills, including Excel and workflow modeling
