Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst will provide Business Systems Analysis support, focusing on process analysis, documentation, and the development of solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process-specific requirements analysis through interviews and documentation to understand business objectives and challenges
• Develop detailed process documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Support the business in training end users and addressing process-related inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with IT colleagues

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in process analysis and documentation
• Familiarity with feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in developing training materials and supporting end-user training
