Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will manage the identification, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions while facilitating user acceptance testing and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements, collaborating on project plans and requirements management
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution, while providing guidance to end users
• Monitor project status, manage risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Experience with Facets and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DNSP) is preferred
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
