Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support business process improvements, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements while facilitating communication between business areas and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document user and technical requirements, collaborating on project plans and participating in requirements analysis sessions
• Ensure successful user acceptance testing by managing documentation, verification, and issue resolution processes
• Identify and troubleshoot system and process issues, developing solutions and workarounds in collaboration with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Experience with Facets and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP) is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on time
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
