Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an innovative healthcare technology organization, the remote Business Analyst will gather requirements, define product features, and manage the team backlog while participating in Agile/Scrum activities.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog to support business goals
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support development efforts

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of Business Analyst and healthcare experience
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical requirements
• Experience using Jira and working directly with developers
