Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will manage the identification, documentation, and validation of business needs while collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user and technical requirements for low complexity projects
• Oversee user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate project activities from concept through implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Experience with business analysis core competencies
• Familiarity with Facets and Government Programs (Medicare, Medicaid, DSNP) is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
