Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an Agile team remotely, the long-term contract Business Analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system needs into user stories and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope and confirm priorities for development teams
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, and test scenarios

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance
• Minimum of four years of Business Analyst experience supporting Agile software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and project management practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to support Agile delivery and documentation
