Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Business Analyst will support project teams by managing project setup, analyzing work-in-progress reporting, and overseeing time management processes within Procore.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with project setup and WIP reporting in Procore
• Manage and analyze project performance, costs, and progress through effective WIP reporting
• Assess and improve project and system workflows related to setup, reporting, and time tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Procore
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
