Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Data & Analytics team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will deliver operational reporting, build scalable automation workflows, and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making across multiple contract lines.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and standardize data across systems to provide actionable performance insights
• Build scalable workflows and data pipelines using tools like Power Platform and Databricks to improve efficiency
• Develop dashboards and visual reports that communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, data analytics, computer science, operations research, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and complex data modeling
• Experience with Power BI or a comparable BI platform for dashboard and data model creation
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation in cloud data warehouse environments
