Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time Experienced Business Analyst will coordinate a team on IT projects, serve as a liaison between clients and technical staff, and analyze business processes while working remotely from any location in the continental US.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team and mentor newer members
• Define, document, and share business requirements while ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Medicaid and Medicare
• Proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and SQL, as well as requirement-mapping tools
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives
