Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the rapidly growing Insurance Discovery line of business, the full-time remote Business Analyst will drive innovation and process improvement by partnering with internal stakeholders and clients, analyzing data, and delivering clear requirements across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and deliver comprehensive data analysis reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure optimal revenue performance
• Serve as the primary technical intermediary between clients and internal teams, synthesizing complex requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Create and maintain internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guides, and user manuals to ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility

Required qualifications

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred, including exposure to hospital and/or professional billing
• 2+ years of SQL development experience
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or client-facing technical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
