Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Knowledge & Innovation department, the full-time Business Analyst will provide end-to-end product ownership, collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, and enhance user experience through effective content management and delivery solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned projects and products, managing product development artifacts and requirements
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product optimization
• Lead the development of user experience artifacts and facilitate design sessions to ensure alignment with project requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership/management or a related professional services role
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with content management methodologies, including SharePoint
• Experience with user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) design and data-driven decision making
• A four-year college/university degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of agile/scrum delivery and design tools such as Miro or Figma is preferred
