Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support Veterans and stakeholders, the full-time remote Business Analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements, develop user stories, analyze data flows, and maintain documentation for new feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user stories and break down requirements into actionable functionality
• Analyze application and business domain data requirements, understanding the end-to-end data flow
• Contribute to product design, specifications, and the development of high-quality client deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks as required
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
