Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Marketing/Data Analytics projects remotely, the contract Business Analyst will manage stakeholder relationships, elicit requirements, and analyze business processes to ensure technology solutions meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with product owners and stakeholders to advance project goals
• Elicit and document requirements using various techniques, including User Stories and functional requirements
• Participate in user acceptance testing, analyzing feedback and making recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirement elicitation tools
• Experience with Agile methods and workflow tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Proven ability to develop requirements and designs effectively
• Familiarity with analytics tools, SQL, and web analytics, particularly GA 360 and GA4
