Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and documenting business needs, translating them into user stories, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and IT developers while ensuring clarity of requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into user stories
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders, addressing issues and promoting a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 years of Business Analyst or related work experience required
• 2-3 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance required
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
