Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time salaried Business Analyst, the candidate will lead requirements gathering, refine backlogs, and produce documentation for Go Outdoors hunt and fish products, ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners to shape user stories and acceptance criteria for upcoming sprints
• Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and process diagrams to clarify business needs

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role within a technology organization
• Proven ability to independently gather and document functional requirements
• Experience in backlog refinement and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency with agile tools and process documentation methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify root causes
