Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting NASA's multimedia and technical communications, the remote Business Analyst will enhance customer engagement, perform requirements analysis, and assist in transition planning for enterprise file storage and collaboration services.

Key responsibilities

• Enhancing customer engagement and performing requirements analysis for collaboration services
• Identifying and coordinating with major customer organizations to gather and validate business requirements
• Developing and executing communications and migration plans to promote awareness and adoption of new services

Required qualifications

• Six years of experience working with geographically separated customers
• Six years of experience with software collaboration tools in a SaaS environment, including Box, Mural, Slack, and O365
• Ability to interface comfortably with senior leadership and stakeholders
• U.S. Citizenship due to security requirements
