Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting NASA's mission, the remote Business Analyst will engage with customers, gather requirements, and assist in transition planning for enterprise file storage and collaboration services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support during transition and implementation activities
• Document customer issues and ensure appropriate tracking and resolution
• Assist with onboarding, training, and user adoption of collaboration tools

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Two years of experience working with geographically separated customers
• Two years of experience with software collaboration tools in a SaaS environment
• Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and stakeholders
• U.S. Citizenship due to security requirements
