Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting NASA's mission, the remote Business Analyst will organize and monitor project activities, coordinate schedules and deliverables among stakeholders, and track project milestones while managing customer transition and migration efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring project activities associated with customer transition and migration efforts
• Tracking project milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies, providing status updates to project leadership and stakeholders
• Developing user guides, training materials, and communication products to facilitate customer adoption

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Two years of experience working with geographically separated customers
• Two years of experience with software collaboration tools in a SaaS environment, including Box, Mural, Slack, and O365
• Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership, stakeholders, customers, and other contracts
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to security requirements
