Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Marketing and Data Analytics projects, the remote Business Analyst will collaborate with product owners and project managers to analyze needs, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business processes while recommending process improvements
• Develop business, functional, and user requirements to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
• Act as a liaison between business areas and the technology team, forming requirements and functional needs

Required qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within marketing or data analytics domains
• Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes
• Ability to develop comprehensive business and functional requirements
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Understanding of customer insights and analytics processes
