Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an Agile team, the long-term contract Business Analyst will translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and system needs into user stories and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions to clarify scope and confirm priorities for development teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and process flows

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of Business Analyst experience in Agile software development
• Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and project management practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance
