Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the modernization of legacy systems, the remote Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for the Life Outcomes Improvement System (LOIS) project while streamlining and automating business processes to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the modernization of legacy systems to a unified, scalable, and secure platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements for the LOIS project
• Assist in streamlining and automating business processes to improve efficiency and service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with government IT projects, especially CA Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in high-profile, multi-stakeholder environments
