Job Summary

Focusing on understanding business requirements, the remote contract Business Analyst will engage with customers to clarify needs, write business requirement documents, and manage data discovery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and manage tickets from ServiceNow while collaborating with customers to ensure clarity on requirements
• Draft and submit business requirement documents for managerial review and input into ServiceNow
• Conduct data discovery sessions to identify and document business customers' data needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or willingness to be trained on the platform
• Background in product management and business relationship management
• Proven ability to write clear and concise business requirement documents
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct effective meetings to gather and clarify requirements
