Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Professional Business Analyst will assist in planning and designing business processes, analyze client requirements, and create test scenarios to ensure system designs meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assists in planning and designing business processes and formulating recommendations for improvement
• Analyzes and documents client business requirements, communicating these to technical personnel
• Creates basic test scenarios for business applications to verify client requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Zero or more years of business analysis experience
• Experience with the interface of information technology and functional groups
• Familiarity with business processes and re-engineering
• Basic understanding of computer programming concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
