Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an Agile team, the remote contract Business Analyst will translate business and system needs into clear requirements and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to develop requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope and prioritize requirements for development teams
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and test scenarios, while supporting Agile execution

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four years of Business Analyst experience in Agile software development or technology implementation projects
• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle and project management practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance
