Business Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic product team, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and analyze processes to improve operational efficiency while supporting the company's mission to enhance member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering with various stakeholders to define clear project artifacts
• Analyze current-state processes, identify friction points, and define future-state workflows
• Create reports and analyses to track improvements and validate business impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in Agile project methodologies, including story mapping and backlog management
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, requirements documentation, and wireframes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate assumptions and identify root causes
