Business Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business and IT stakeholders, the full-time Business Analyst will support the Pharma NDC Transformation Program by gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and driving cross-functional alignment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to the NDC transformation initiative
• Facilitate discovery workshops across various operational domains to document current-state and future-state processes
• Coordinate requirements and action items across multiple teams while ensuring alignment and traceability

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology or supply chain transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, supply chain, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with DSCSA, NDC, EDI, and regulatory modernization initiatives
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
