Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis after an initial two weeks of onsite training, the Business Analyst will partner with business relationship owners and IS delivery teams to gather, evaluate, and document business and functional requirements throughout the service delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document business requirements
• Translate technical issues into business language and support application and process issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous service improvement efforts and process mapping initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specifications
• Proficiency in workflow analysis, data flow modeling, and use case development
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and system/process solutions
• Experience partnering with business relationship owners, IS delivery teams, and subject matter experts
