Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely or in various U.S. locations, the full-time Expert Claims Review Business Analyst will enable high-quality business analytics solutions, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and manage requirements in an Agile context to drive informed decisions and improve business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in the elaboration of user stories and requirements
• Consult with business and product owners to prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials to support business objectives and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Process Engineering
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Knowledge of Payment Integrity solutions and payer reimbursement policies preferred
• Preferred certifications include SAFe POPM, Agilist, Teams, or Leading Safe
