Job Summary

To support the rollout and ongoing evolution of CORE, the full-time remote Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with business priorities and facilitating adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify harmonization opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align priorities and clarify requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business-facing Business Analysis experience in enterprise platform transformation or operations-heavy environments
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with executives, managers, and frontline teams
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
• Demonstrated success in aligning diverse stakeholders and clarifying needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organization
