Job Summary

To support the rollout and ongoing evolution of Field Spot, the full-time remote Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable user stories, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value while driving standardization and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and harmonization opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework
• Facilitate workshops and operational reviews to align priorities and clarify requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of business-facing Business Analysis experience, ideally within field operations or operations-heavy environments
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with executives, managers, and frontline teams
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
• Demonstrated success in aligning diverse stakeholders and clarifying needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed organization
