Job Summary

Supporting the Texas Market Provider Relations team, the full-time Business Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, and project support across multiple provider networks, focusing on enhancing provider satisfaction and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track provider issues, health plan escalations, and operational initiatives to support leadership
• Develop and maintain reports and analytics related to provider performance and value-based care outcomes
• Analyze market data to identify trends and present actionable recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or business analysis
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data validation
• Experience with healthcare analytics tools and provider networks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
