Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst will manage business processes and systems, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance with government requirements while serving as the central point for interface changes.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in Business Process Management (BPM) by modeling processes and assessing results
• Monitors departmental compliance with government requirements and manages performance metrics and data reporting
• Provides project management for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in health care, health insurance, business analysis, or information systems, or five years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated intermediate skills with spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
• Ability to design and run intermediate queries and reports
