Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time contract Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and create documentation and testing plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with teams to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors during platform implementation
• Create detailed user stories, process flows, and test cases, while supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in wealth management, custody, or investment operations
• Familiarity with custodial platform implementations (e.g., Charles River, Envestnet)
• Deep understanding of investment products and back-office functions
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) and data analysis
• Certifications such as CBAP or CFA are preferred
