Business Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the remote Business Analyst will support AI-driven digital transformation initiatives by documenting requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of compliant, scalable solutions across marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and refine business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and documentation
• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities and create visual process models
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and coordinating end-user validation

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of business analysis experience in regulated or enterprise environments
• Proficiency in creating business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and UAT scripts
• Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum delivery and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in digital or platform-based product development, particularly in AI or workflow automation
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams
