Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support IAM stabilization efforts, a part-time Business Analyst will work remotely for a 2-month contract, focusing on process analysis and documentation in collaboration with the IAM Engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to document current access management processes
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state and assist in future state improvements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in process analysis and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Visio
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to understand system functionality
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
