Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Business Analyst will engage with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, facilitating innovative retail software solutions while ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Elicit and define clear requirements in collaboration with the engineering team to meet business needs
• Facilitate sprint reviews and user acceptance testing, ensuring readiness for final approval from the Product Owner

Required qualifications

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including defining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge opinions and ask questions
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Experience working with external clients and third parties
• Background in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred
