Business Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with healthcare clients, the full-time remote Business Analyst will conduct detailed process analysis, create documentation of healthcare workflows, and identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows, including claims adjudication and revenue cycle processes
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and identify pain points across clinical and administrative operations
• Develop business cases for automation initiatives and guide process standardization efforts across claims workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process/business analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including claims lifecycle and revenue cycle management
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining and Task Mining tools
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of RPA platforms and automation concepts
