Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of a SaaS-based Dealer Management System, the full-time Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, improve business processes, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote, 3-6 month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Support the implementation and configuration of the SaaS Dealer Management System

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience working with SaaS applications
• Previous experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
