Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working full-time in Nashville or Knoxville, the Business Analyst/Development will research market dynamics, analyze emerging risks, and support client communications while collaborating with the risk analytics team to refine risk models and deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry, financial, and peer analyses to inform strategy and uncover opportunities
• Manage the delivery of real-time risk and market insights to client industry groups
• Collaborate with the deal team to refine pitch decks and deliver analysis packs that communicate findings concisely

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Prior internship or professional experience in analytics, consulting, or finance is preferred
