Job Summary

Evaluating complex operational challenges, the full-time remote Business Analyst will utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights, develop dashboards, and support strategic decision-making to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance to identify root causes and develop recommendations for efficiency improvements
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver insights into key performance indicators and operational trends
• Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to extract and validate data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in business analysis, operational analytics, or a related analytical role
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to analyze large datasets
• Experience presenting analytical findings to business leaders
