Job Summary

Assisting with the analysis of business user needs, the full-time remote Business Analyst will translate requirements into functional specifications, support the full systems life cycle, and develop technical documentation for software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business user needs to assess technical feasibility and solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes
• Develop technical documentation, including designs, specifications, processes, and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of professional experience or 5 years of support experience
• Experience with software design, coding, testing, and implementation
• Familiarity with quality assurance and deployment processes
• Ability to assist with technical designs and specifications for solutions
